Founder and CEO

Rain Wachtel is the Founder and CEO of The Okie Roofer and Restoration, a company built on integrity, hard work, and a deep commitment to serving Oklahoma homeowners. A proud United States Marine Corps Veteran, Rain brings discipline, leadership, and resilience to everything he does—values that form the backbone of his business.

Born and raised in Edmond, Oklahoma, and now living in Mustang, Rain is a true Okie at heart. He's a dedicated husband, a proud father of two kids, and the pet parent to two dogs and a cat named Pickles. When he’s not overseeing roofing and restoration projects, you can find him on the golf course, watching football, or hitting the gym.

With a passion for helping others and a strong sense of community, Rain continues to lead The Okie Roofer and Restoration with the same values he upheld during his military service—Committed to Quality, Integrity and Service.

Operations Manager

Elijah Misner brings over a decade of experience in operations and construction to the team, offering a wealth of knowledge and a steady hand in managing complex projects. Raised in Colorado and a proud graduate of the University of Wyoming, Elijah combines a strong work ethic with a passion for building and leadership.

Outside of work, Elijah is a dedicated family man. He and his wife Crysta, along with their loyal dog Hank, enjoy spending time together—whether it’s a quiet evening at home or an outdoor adventure. Elijah is an avid outdoorsman who loves fishing, golfing, and hunting, and he values any opportunity to make memories with friends and loved ones.

Project Manager

Kaleb is one of our dedicated Project Managers, committed to ensuring every roofing project is completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standard. With a strong focus on coordination and communication, Kaleb plays a key role in keeping our jobs on schedule and our customers informed throughout the process.

When he's off the job site, Kaleb enjoys spending time outdoors hunting, staying active on the golf course, or relaxing with a good video game. He also values quality time with his girlfriend, Megan, and their two dogs—who definitely keep things lively at home.

Kaleb’s attention to detail, work ethic, and customer-first approach make him an essential part of The Okie Roofer team.

Project Manager

With a strong background in managing construction projects and a hands-on approach to leadership, Mason is focused on ensuring each job is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. He is passionate about delivering excellent customer service and keeping every project running smoothly from start to finish.

Outside of work, Mason enjoys spending time with his wife Lydia and their two dogs, and takes advantage of the outdoors whenever he can—riding dirt bikes, fishing, and hunting.
